RosUpack 2012 – main packaging exhibition in the Eastern Europe. Premieres, events, figures and facts
The main event in the packaging industry of Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe countries — the 17th international exhibition RosUpack 2012 will take place on June 18-22, 2012, in Moscow, in one of the modern and most comfortable exhibition halls in the 75th pavilion of All-Russian Exhibition Centre.
The organiser is International Exhibition Company MVK, part of the ITE Group. At the total area of 25 thousand. sq.m the recent developments will be presented by about 700 companies from 31 countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Korea, Latvia, France, Finland, Turkey, USA etc. Among the exhibitors there are: BEGARAT, MATIMEX, Multivac Rus, Russkaya Trapeza, OMAG, Bestrom, Gold Shar, Merpasa, Tauras Fenix, Petromash-Service, Gofro Technology, Windmoller & Holscher, Gotek, Souzpack, Maury, Komus-Upakovka and other companies. More than 20 companies will appear in RosUpack for the first time.
RosUpack comprises all segments of the industry: from packing machines and technologies to materials and finished package for all branches of industry. «RosUpack is the exhibition where the specialists may get the up-to-date information about the industry status, evaluate the market environment and communicate with the colleagues from all over the world», noted Mikhail Basheleishvili, MVK General Director.
This year there are some innovations at the exhibition, e. g. Rosupack exposition is divided according to the topic, all participating companies will present their products in sections corresponding to the type of activity: «Equipment»; «Finished package»; «Raw materials and consumables»; «Labels»; «Logistics and warehouses».
Business program is going to be especially extensive and interesting. For the first time the «International Business Forum» will be held. the organiser is «B2B Conference Group» under the auspices of MVK and National Packaging Confederation.
Another important event will be «Polymeric additives 2012» conference, organised by CREON company. Also for the first time within the frameworks of RosUpack there will be the best package contest among the designers, participants and students: «Packaging: Art, Research, Technology». the contest is association with «What the pack?» Internet-project.
Demo show, being the visiting card of the «Logistics and warehouses» topic will take place in the open area in front of the pavilion central entrance. Within its frameworks one will demonstrate the operation of different types of warehouse machines and equipment. During the exhibition there will be different seminars, conferences and roundtable discussions.
