Pack Line Ltd patented principally new type of filling unit (see video)
Pack Line Ltd (Israel) developed and patented principally new type of filling unit, the "Green-Dose", constructed without mobile pistons in the filling unit’s cylinder, which is usual for volumetric fillers. It allows the "dosed product’s traumatizing" fully avoiding.
This type of the filler can be widely used for products, requiring the initial structure preservation while filling. First of all it concerns to the following products: granulated cottage cheese, cottages with different adds, Olivier type salads; jams with fruits pieces or nuts; ready soaps like rassolnik (meat or fish soup with pickled cucumbers), kharcho (meat soap with rice or nuts), borsch; “goulash” type ready meat products etc.
The “Green-Dose” filler is used as well for traditional liquid and pasty products filling.
The new filler made by Pack Line Ltd provides high filling accuracy, while filling rate of one filling unit is 40 pieces per minute.
Accordingly, the filling rate of the automatic machine provided with 6 filling units will be 240 pieces per minute.
The filling product dose is regulated from the operation panel.
One of the main advantages of “Green-Dose” is its easy and quick non-disassembled washing, providing reduced consumption of the washing detergents, water and power.
The “Green-Dose” fillers were first introduced at some Exhibitions in USA, Canada in 2009, and it caused the interest.
