The sale of Huhtamaki’s rigid plastic consumer goods packaging business in Australia to Alto Manufacturing Pty Ltd., a subsidiary of Pact Group Pty Ltd., announced on November 13, 2009, has been finalized.

The divested business includes three manufacturing units in Bankstown, Mulgrave and Wacol.
