October, 2007 is the date when official ceremony of "VolgaStrap" Inaugaration will take place.

More than 150 guests will participate in the ceremony, among them there are foreign investors and partners, regional and city authority, institutions and organizations which were involved in engineering and building of the plant, customers, who already received first deliveries of high-tensile strap.

It is a significant event for domestic industry as "VolgaStrap" is the first Russian plant to manufacture high-tensile steel strap. Application of high technologies makes it possible to manufacture the product which meets the European standards. Such domestic manufacture reduces dependence from import deliveries.
