Ripasa, a national Brazilian company which produces paper and cellulose, is in conference with three large groups over its control, which would move it into the first company in the sector. Either a joint venture or something less ambitious like a strategic agreement, could be the motive behind Ripasa talking to Brazilian Suzano Bahia Sul, Swedish-Finnish Stora Enso and American International Paper.
