RosUpack preparations are underway as planned

In connection with the spread of coronavirus, there are many questions about the measures taken by RosUpack organisers.

As for today, preparations for RosUpack are going according to plan, the exhibition will be held on the announced dates. We monitor closely the situation and the measures taken by the Government of the Russian Federation and Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) to prevent the spread of diseases caused by the new coronavirus. The Russian Federation has taken unprecedented measures that give good results and help curb its distribution. This approach is endorsed by the World Health Organization. That is why mass events and exhibitions continue to be held on schedule.

Please be informed that in accordance with the Moscow Mayoral order, additional restrictions have been implemented. All people arriving from the following countries (China, South Korea, Iran, Italy, France, Germany, Spain) should stay in quarantine for 14 days (at home or at hotel) and should not visit any events.

All visitors who plan to attend our events are recommended to avoid connecting flights via countries mentioned above, otherwise they will fall into the same restrictions.

There are still limitations for visa issue for citizens of China and Iran. There is only one option to attend events – to apply for business visa.

As organisers of trade events, we follow the instructions of Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor), where it is recommended to observe the rules of good hand and respiratory hygiene. A sufficient amount of hand sanitisers will be provided at the MITT venue, and those who wish to receive disposable masks can take them at the registration desk in the pavilion hall. At the end of the exhibition day there will be wet cleaning in the pavilion and foyer.

The navigation system provides additional signs regarding hygiene; during the opening hours of the exhibition, we have medical professionals onsite. We have a well-coordinated emergency management team in place who meet daily. All these measures will be taken at all of our exhibitions.

If the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) or the Government of the Russian Federation takes any new restrictive measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, we will follow the official regulations.
