La Seda unit to invest 12 mln eur to hike PET polymer production

La Seda de Barcelona SA said its Catalana de Polimers SA unit has approved a 12 mln eur investment to raise its PET polymers production to 180,000 tonnes a year.
In a statement, La Seda said the investment is also expected to increase production of its polyster fibers to 25,000 tonnes a year.
