SIBUR wins Best Service award among Coca-Cola HBC Russia suppliers

SIBUR has won the Best Service nomination of the 10th Supplier of the Year award held annually by Coca-Cola HBC Russia among its business partners. Previously, SIBUR was the Grand Prix winner in the Supplier of the Year nomination.

SIBUR supplies Coca-Cola HBC Russia with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to manufacture packages for soft drinks. PET bottles are eco-friendly due to their recyclability. They are extra light, resistant to heat, aggressive environments and microorganisms, cause no risk of injuries and can also maintain products' flavour and keep them fresh for a long time.

In offering its services, SIBUR seeks to constantly enhance customer focus to predict customers’ needs by developing new product grades and providing the volumes that customers request.

Coca-Cola HBC Russia has a unified evaluation procedure for its suppliers to further improve their long-term business relations. The main criteria to select the best suppliers are the following performance indicators: quality, service, flexibility, innovation and proactive approach. During each year, the company's cross-functional team of experts carries out collection, processing and internal evaluation of data from suppliers. Based on the evaluation, suppliers receive feedback on their performance.

Coca-Cola HBC Russia cooperates with more than 450 suppliers. Based on the evaluation held in 2017, the company nominated 30 businesses for the award.
