Brueckner at Interplastica 2017
At Interplastica 2017 in Moscow (Hall 02, Booth 2C16) Brückner presents new developments with a strong focus on the ongoing Russian trend for down streaming and the usage of local resins. Brückner’s line design as well as the upgrading solutions are optimized for that, e.g. by a special resin handling and multi-flexibel extrusion systems.
Simplified operation with Intelligent Line Management
Continually increasing speed and output with ever shorter delivery times and growing demand for quality make running a film stretching line a highly complex business. Film producers and their operating personnel stand before increasing challenges. This is where Brückner’s new “Intelligent Line Management” comes in. This integrated solution smooths the way for Brückner’s customers’ “Smart Production” and “Industry 4.0”.
The focus lies here on the process view as opposed to the usual machine view. In future, film producers will find it easier to produce the highest film quality independent of surroundings, time, climate and weather conditions. This new operating concept is supported by an increasing amount of assistant systems which can also be upgraded with older lines.
Features and benefits:
- Tools and assistant systems for inline measurements and to directly influence important film values such as temperature, haze, molecular orienteering angle or density and porosity
- More flexibility through the “fast product change” assistant
- “Energy Monitor” for measuring and analysing the energy consumption of the film production process. It supports the operator to optimize the energy use of each product at all line components and thus to achieve highest film quality on lowest energy input and CO2 emissions
- Simplified line operation with significantly fewer process parameters to adjust and intuitive user guidance
- Transparent and traceable production data
- Increased line availability through shorter reaction time in case of malfunctions
BOPET lines with improved film quality, handling and efficiency
Brückner BOPET lines are operated at speeds above 500 m/min. At Interplastica path-breaking developments will be shown, such as the advanced high speed pinning system, the robust roller bearing system for increased lifetime or the efficient direct film casting technology. Brückner Maschinenbau will also present the new 10.4m concept for around 20% more output capacity.
BOPP lines for a profitable and energy-saving film production
Brückner’s high yield unique stretching lines offer the highest productivity within the industry: Up to 10.4 m working width, 525 m/min speed and an annual output of over 55,000 tons enable film producers to benefit from the usage of local resins, considerably reduced production costs and improved profitability. All BOPP line developments include brand-new energy saving measures in both, thermal and electrical respect, e.g. the high speed extrusion system.
Heat Recovery System included in state-of-the-art line concepts
Brückner is now including their “Heat Recovery System” as a part of their packages – without additional charge. Older lines can be upgraded with this proven system. Experience with lines equipped with the system shows that annual savings in Euros can reach high five-figure dimensions.
News from the R&D department
Interplastica visitors will also get information about the latest developments at Brückner’s technology center, e.g. inline coating for maximum film quality and convertibility.
Additionally, another milestone from the “Innovation Test Centre” will be presented: newly developed materials for a significant reduction of the lubrication use in all line types.
At the joint Brückner Group booth visitors will also meet Kiefel, showing recent developments for the processing of plastic film materials and PackSys Global, presenting advanced packaging equipment.
