DS Smith acquires TRM Packaging
DS Smith Plc, the leading provider of recycled corrugated packaging in Europe, is pleased to announce the acquisition of TRM Packaging Ltd (“TRM”).
TRM is a leading producer of specialist corrugated packaging and retail ready packaging, located in the North West of England and employs c.270 people. The business is complementary to DS Smith both geographically and in its FMCG customer focus.
