"Itera" Organizes Industrial Holding in Belarus...

International group of companies ITERA is organizing an industrial holding, says a press release of the group published in Belarus. To manage the holding ITERA established Amrania Management company. Amrania Management received the functions regarding implementation of the program of development, investment, and diversification of the business of ITERA in manufacture of highly liquid products, as well as strengthening of the group's position on the sales market. The new company will run 17 companies operating in Russia, Belarus, Moldova, and other CIS countries. These companies include two Belarussian plants: petrochemical enterprise Belpak and Itera-PET plant for production of materials for plastic bottles.
