"Polief" Being Completed in Bashkortostan...

In late 2002 or early 2003, the "Polief" polyester production facility is to be put into operation in Bashkortostan.
The republican government plans to allocate R2 billion to complete the facility. During the opening phase, the enterprise will produce yearly 230,000 tonnes of terephthalic acid and 120,000 tonnes of polyethylene terephthalate.
