Rieke Vietnam achieves BRC 'A Grade' quality status

Rieke's factory in Vietnam has attained the internationally-recognised British Retail Consortium (BRC) accreditation for the manufacture of injection moulding parts for dispenser pumps and caps for the personal care industry.

In particular, for a sector with the highest quality standards, the company has achieved Grade A status for High Hygiene manufacturing.

Lion Vietnam is part of Rieke's global spread of factories that enables the company to deliver tailored and cost-effective dispensing and closure solutions for customers on a national and international basis. The BRC accreditation, which the company is committed to achieving in all its operations, confirms that Rieke products are all manufactured to the same high-quality standards.

The BRC audit, which was carried out by independent international audit company Bureau Veritas, is a leading safety and quality certification programme, used by over 21,000 suppliers in 90 countries. It assesses a variety of quality, safety and operational criteria in order to ensure that manufacturers fulfil their legal obligations and provide protection for the end consumer. The stringent requirements of the programme mean that BRC Global Standards are now very often a fundamental requirement of leading retailers.
