Rexam’s Rich Grimley named to Museum of Science and Industry Board of Trustees

Rexam, a global consumer packaging company and one of the largest beverage can manufacturers in the world, is proud to announce that the President and CEO of its North American beverage can business, Rich Grimley, has been named to the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago (MSI) Board of Trustees. The MSI, the first interactive museum in North America, has a vision to inspire and motivate children to achieve their full potential in science, technology, medicine and engineering.

Rich joined Rexam in 2001 as vice president of Manufacturing and proceeded through levels of increasing responsibility leading up to his previous position as Chief Operating Officer for Rexam’s North and South American beverage can businesses. Rich previously worked for National Can, American National Can, Reynolds Metals and Ball Corporation in various operations leadership roles. He was also a principal owner of Bev-Pak, Inc., a beverage can manufacturer.

Rich was raised in the Chicago suburbs and is a 1980 graduate of the University of Iowa. He received his MBA in 1984 from Benedictine University.

The Rexam beverage can business in North America is a more than $2 billion per annum revenue business serving some of the largest and most recognizable beverage brands in the world. Rexam is a leading consumer packaging company based in London, with approximately $7 billion in revenue.
