Carlsberg Ukraine invites young professionals to internship

Carlsberg Ukraine provides young and ambitious people with the opportunity to start their career while being a student. Owing to corporate paid Grow Faster internship program, the students of the fifth year of studies and young professionals may get both invaluable work experience in the large international company and expertise.

Grow Faster program is intended for young professionals and students of the fifth year of studies of the leading Ukrainian higher educational establishments who speak English and have high academic achievements.

In 2013, annual enrollment of trainees will be held for the company's production area, namely the Brewing, Bottling, Logistics and Distribution, Procurement, Quality Departments and the laboratory. Grow Faster program participants shall be selected in several stages.

By February 28, 2013, Carlsberg Ukraine recruiters will accept the candidates' CVs. Then, in March-April 2013, HR department representatives and area managers will interview the contest finalists. At the end, 30 interns will be selected, who will have the six-month internship at one of the company's three breweries - in Kiev, Lvov and Odessa. HR specialists will focus on proactive, motivated and results-oriented people.

Grow Faster is a comprehensive training program aimed at preparing the most promising students of different specializations. Grow Faster gives young people the opportunity to start their career, get to the core of business processes and standards of the international manufacturing company, as well as elicit their potential to the utmost.

Grow Faster program was launched in 2010, when the company opened three vacancies in the Marketing Department. In 2011, the program was continued in the Information Technology Department and Human Resources Department, Financial Department and Logistics Department. In 2012, internship was launched in Supply Chain area (supply chain management system). At the end of the program, 50% of the interns are employed by the company.
