Third EFIBCA Open Meeting on 11 May 2011

The European Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association (EFIBCA) will hold its third international Open Meeting on 11 May 2011 at TRYP Düsseldorf Airport Hotel in Düsseldorf, Germany. This is one day before interpack, the biggest packaging fair worldwide, opens its doors.

Eight experts from across the FIBC industry will share their practical knowledge on a broad variety of business aspects. Remko Koster, Senior Consultant Polyolefins at CMAI, will throw light on the development of the polypropylene market, while certification expert Beate Heidorn from Intertek Food Services will reveal “dos and don’ts” with regard to food and hygiene.

Further presentations include end-of-life solutions for FIBC, carbon footprints and practical approaches to corporate social responsibility. Last but not least the new quality certification scheme EFIBCA-Cert is going to be presented.
