UK recruitment specialist confirms international role

Recruitment and HR company Listgrove has established an International Division located in London to look after the company’s growth in the global plastics and packaging areas.

Heading up Listgrove International is Ryan Kirby, Listgrove director and long serving member of the company’s team. He will be assisted by multi lingual Piotr Smukowski, whose role at the recent Plastpol show in Poland led to several Europe-wide contracts.

The move reflects the company’s growing order book as well as its proactive stance illustrated by a hectic schedule of international events, said md Jason Markham.

Following its appearance at Interplas later this month, Listgrove will be present at Fakuma, in Germany, and Plast Eurasia in Turkey, one of the region’s fast growing markets, followed by ArabPlast in Dubai in January next year.

Markham said: “The Middle Eastern polymer market is also set to challenge for global leadership in the coming decade and the industry there will need some of the best available people and HR infrastructure in order to sustain this success.”

Listgrove, headquarted in Stratford upon Avon, recently enjoyed a striking success in the Middle East with a remit for staffing the new Tasnee Polymer Laboratory in Saudi Arabia. This involved the recruitment of more than 15 expert staff.

Next stop for the company is a trade mission to India in the spring of 2009 from which it hopes to capitalise on new and existing business opportunities.
