Acquisition of Raytec BV, by RPC Group

RPC Group Plc announces that it has acquired a company in The Netherlands called Raytec BV, an injection moulding company that manufactures glue sticks, adhesive dispensers, tape dispensers, cartridge guns and similar packs.
Raytec had sales in its last full year of 16 million euros and EBITDA of 1.3 million euros. The consideration paid was 4.35 million euros.
Raytec BV, based in Ravenstein, will trade in future as RPC Bramlage DHS (DIY, Household, Stationery), thereby enabling RPC's successful injection moulding business on Mainland Europe to focus on these additional markets in the future.
