Brueckner Formtec is taking over all sales and marketing activities of Adtech Provera

Brueckner Formtec GmbH, Siegsdorf, Germany and Adtech Provera S.p.A., Rovato, Italy signed a Memorandum of Understanding on a close cooperation in the field of LLDPE Stretch Wrap film lines on 5th of January 2007 in Meran.

Brueckner Formtec is taking over all sales and marketing activities of Adtech Provera while manufacturing, pre-assembly, wet-test facilities and service remain in Rovato.
Brueckner Formtec will use the global Brückner network to promote Adtech Provera`s turn-key pallet stretch wrap lines based on an established technology.

With this cooperation Brueckner Formtec enlarges it product portfolio while Adtech Provera widens its worldwide presence.

Adtech Provera is a speciallized manufacturer of cast film extrusion lines and rewinding equipment for LLDPE pallet stretch wrap. With 23 extrusion lines installed worldwide Adtech Provera is a major supplier in this market.
Brueckner Formtec, a Brückner group company concentrating on non-oriented film extrusion machinery, is well known for high capacity APET and CPP processing lines.
