International Paper to invest $150mln in pulp production

In mid-2007 Svetogorsk Pulp and Paper Plant JSC owned by International Paper corporation intends to commission new bleached pulp production facilities to manufacture paper and cardboard. The company's General Director Sergey Pondar said that output of the facilities would be 200,000 tonnes of pulp per year. Price of the project totaled around $150mln, Vedomosti reported.
