Polimoon to acquire Polish cosmetics packaging firm

European packaging and moulding group Polimoon has acquired a stake in Polish cosmetics packaging firm PPH Lima-Pol.
Lima-Pol has sales of over E13m, an operating profit over 10% and close to 200 employees. It develops and manufactures packaging for the personal care market in Poland, Russian and other European countries including brands like L’Oreal, Alberto Culver and Avon. Polimoon will initially take a 70% stake in the firm alongside a 30% share held by current owner Tadeusz Jobda, and then acquire the remaining 30% over the next three years.
Polimoon chief executive Arne Vraalsen said: “Lima-Pol provides an entry for the Polimoon Group into the growing Eastern European market and the consumer packaging segment.”Subscribe to our news in social networks and newsletter:
