Singapore-listed Full Apex and units to buy Guangzhou PET production plant

Chinese-based bottle and packaging manufacturer Full Apex (Holdings) Ltd and its units said that they have signed a letter of intent to acquire a PET chips production plant from an unnamed PET chips manufacturing and distribution company in Guangzhou, China.
PET chips are used as raw material in making PET bottles. The PET chips plant, which has a total investment value of 90 mln usd, is expected to start full operation in about 18 months, producing 200,000 tonnes of PET chips per annum, Full Apex said.
