Kraft Foods is planning to expand its business in Europe, increasing the number of trademarks

American's food giant, Kraft Foods Inc. is intending to increased the number of its trademarks in Europe. According to the head of the company, Roger Deromedi, this will increase the competitiveness of Kraft Foods on the market. But Deromedi did not elaborate, which trademarks are being considered.

Kraft produces various foods: from the Oreo biscuits to the Oscar Mayer meat range. But in Europe the company is mainly represented by various types of chocolates, coffee, and cheeses. According to Deromedi, Kraft also wants to increase its presence in the developing markets, such as China and Russia.
