PROFITEX TRIBLOCK FOR FILLING INTO PET BOTTLES

At the „Dairy and Meat Industry 2018” Engineering plant "PROFITEX" will introduce a new product – an automated complex Triblock ADNK 39 LR 3. This filling equipment has been developed by the design bureau of the plant in response to demands of company’s customers, as a solution for several issues important for food manufacturers. The module is capable to rinse bottles, fill them with products and seal them with covers.

The automatic complex is intended to fill liquid and paste-like products into PET bottles of 0.3-1.5 L in volume. Production output of the complex is 3 000 bottles per hour.

The equipment includes stainless steel pneumatic cylinders manufactured by Camozzi. These cylinders are suitable to be used in food production equipment with high hygienic requirements, capable to operate in harsh aggressive conditions. Usage of such components makes it possible to increase service life of the filling equipment.
