Green Stamps of Approval

The emphasis that RPC Bramlage places on sustainable packaging solutions has been underlined by three different environmental packaging accreditations. The company holds an approval by Ecocert and Cosmos organisations for its standard AirFree® packs, and a COTREP (Technical Committee for Plastic Packaging Recycling) certification that confirm the recyclability of its packaging.

The AirFree® bag-in-bottle technology is made entirely from polyolefin plastic and is 100% recyclable. The external layer of the AirFree® bottle can be manufactured in recycled PE, while the internal pouch layer in contact with the formula uses virgin PE. The pouch contains EVOH, a barrier to oxygen that guarantees the integrity of the formula with an optimized restitution up to 98%. Manufactured in one single operation, the patented AirFree® technology is a sustainable airless system that allows any shapes of bottle from 15 to 1250 ml.
