State Inspection of UAE has tested "Miratorg" beef production for compliance with the parameters for export

The largest beef producer in Russia, reports that the official state inspection of the United Arab Emirates has inspected meat processing plants of the Holding for compliance with the standards and requirements of the United Arab Emirates for imported products.

"Miratorg" invested more than 30 billion rubles, having built vertically integrated high quality beef production from scratch in Bryansk region with a capacity of 400 thousand heads per year. The utilization of only advanced technologies and high level of automation and robot application within production process guarantees food and biological safety of the product.

The High-Tech production plant with processing depth equal to the level of the world industry leaders produces a wide range of products and it is equipped with special equipment for slaughtering animals according to Muslim tradition. Standard "Halal" defines the requirements as to the raw materials used in the manufacture of products, as well as to personnel, facilities, equipment and packaging. Special slaughtering line with capacity 20 heads per hour is maintained by specially trained personnel – 3 slaughtermen and an experts who guarantees strict compliance with all the canons of Islam.
