MAUSER announces Acquisition of IBC NA and Clean Tide Containe
MAUSER Group, a worldwide leading company in industrial packaging based in Bruehl, Germany, announces the acquisition of family owned and operated IBC North America (IBC NA) and Clean Tide Container. IBC NA operates three manufacturing and five reconditioning facilities across the United States. This acquisition provides MAUSER and NCG (MAUSER’s reconditioning subsidiary) the ability to better serve their combined markets in North America, specifically the agricultural-chemicals (AgChem) industry. In addition to its current product offering, MAUSER intends to continue manufacturing the Passport IBC design in North America.
“We are excited to expand our footprint in the United States,” remarked Hans-Peter Schaefer, President and CEO of the MAUSER Group. “This acquisition affords us the opportunity to more effectively service our North American customers.”
Mike Harding, co-owner and Vice President of Sales for IBC NA and Clean Tide Container said, "Our founders would be proud of the business we have built and of the company that will continue to take us forward. Now that we are part of the global MAUSER family, we will be able to serve our customers with a variety of products and services that we had always envisioned.“
