The JSC Shebkinsky karton successfully completed modernization of corrugator

The JSC Shebkinsky karton established at the enterprise in Shebekino, new system of length cutting of corrugated cardboard on corrugator. This system produced by FOSBER (Italy) can significantly improve the quality and increase the speed of production of corrugated cardboard. Average estimated performance of corrugator is now 15 120m ² / h instead of 11 340 m ² / h before, which is 25% increase in performance.

Quality of corrugated cardboard and corrugator performance is achieved by seamless changing of orders for high (up to 200 m / min) speed of moving corrugated cardboard sheet. Constant speed of corrugator enables to maintain the stability of processes of drying and gluing corrugated cardboard.

High performance of corrugator allows to improve the working conditions of production staff, reducing the time required to generate productive jobs.

Besides the stability of process parameters on the corrugator will give a possibility to take an additional niche of selling short-run series of corrugated cardboard boxes and cutting trays. This was not possible on the old equipment because of the high production costs to produce short-run production.
