HDG introduces its latest advancements to the RBK-Line

Thanks to the combination of deep-rooted expertise and latest future oriented technology, HDG has succeeded in improving its RBK-line, a horizontal form, fill and seal machine with rotary turret system for sealed rim pouches - Due to improved user-friendly functions, a larger size range and a new quick-change system, both the set-up time for different formats, and the cleaning of the machine can be reduced significantly.

The RBK-line is part of the HDG Premium line which is distinguished by both a high capacity and maximum flexibility with regard to different formats, pouch shapes and products.

Moreover, the RBK-line is available in thre different capacity levels, including in stainless steel. This means that up to 240 pouches per minute and a format range of 40 x 40mm to 200 x 400 mm can be realised, depending on the model selected.

All models of the RBK-line work on the proven rotary principle. This system is steadily being improved for reaching a maximum of bag quality and a high performance on smallest working space.
