ROVEMA acquires RS Pack

In October 2012 RS Pack GmbH located in Fernwald near Giessen will become part of the ROVEMA group.

RS Pack GmbH manufactures baggers for special applications and has extensive expertise in the modernisation and refurbishment of used bagging machines. The acquisition of RS Pack extends the range of services offered by the globally active ROVEMA group to the market in used packaging machines. In addition to their range of new machines, it will in future offer overhauls and refurbishment of used machines to customers.

The well-proven scope of services offered by RS Pack will remain available to the market. However, RS Pack will in future operate as ROVEMA Retrofit to emphasize its membership of the ROVEMA group.
