Bradman Lake has recently designed and built a revolutionary new fully automatic Tray Loader Shrink Wrapper (TLSW) system.

This new energy efficient and fully automatic machine is an offset inline, fully automatic combined tray wraparound loader and shrink wrapper with an efficient low energy heat tunnel. All major product control devices are servo driven delivering smooth and consistent high speed operation.

Pack variations include:

• Tray pack only
• Tray pack and shrink wrap
• Shrink wrap only

The TLSW is a stand alone machine with a compact footprint. It is also an ideal machine to form part of a fully integrated packaging system including fully automatic flow wrappers and cartoners manufactured by the Bradman Lake Group.
