Industry News DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers Announces Price Increase for Various Resin Products DuPont Packaging & Industrial Polymers (P&IP) announced a global price increase of $0.11 to $0.22 USD per kilogram for DuPont™ Appeel®, Bynel®, DuPont™ 20, Elvaloy®, Elvaloy® AC, Elvax®, Entira™, Fusabond®, Nucrel®, Selar® and Surlyn®, depending on the grade. This increase will take effect March 1, 2010. Raw materials continue to escalate as well as energy and transportation costs, necessitating the need for these increases. Specific increases in local currency will be communicated to customers by DuPont P&IP’s regional sales and marketing organizations. DuPont is a science-based products and services company.
