Thermic Juice Bottles with New Kids' Drinking Cap

The Thermic Juice bottle range produced by RPC is ideal for oxygen sensitive drink products such as fresh juices, smoothies or nutritional drinks to give products a good shelf-life when stored under ambient conditions. The tamper-evident cap and induction seal liner combine to give maximum security. The Thermic Ribs® and multilayer material structure of the bottles have been specifically designed to allow the bottles to withstand high temperature processing, even sterilisation.

In order to meet the steadily increasing requirement for child-oriented beverages a new leak-proof standard cap for small children has been developed by Weener Plastik suitable for the Thermic Juice bottles.

The cap has been created to take dental considerations into account – so the mouthpiece makes it difficult to chew and bite and therefore prevents a poor positioning of teeth. A silicone valve ensures that no liquid flows out until the child actively sucks from the bottle while the transparent protection cap makes it possible to secure the drinking cap hygienically.

The Thermic Juice Range offers bottles in 200, 250, 345 and 500 ml sizes.
