Russia: Atlantis-Pak introduces new heat shrinkable packaging

Atlantis-Pak launched new type of heat shrinkable packaging Amivac MVL with improved optical properties. The package is designed for vacuum packing of sausages, cookery, and cheese.

According to project manger Vladimir Smirnov, “New packaging retains high barrier properties and good shrinkage allowance of Amivac MV packs. Although the film transparency was improved by new material grades and the composition of layers”.

Atlantis-Pak claims, the packaging boosts efficiency of packing due to heat stable adhesive layer allowing overlap sealing.
