Amcor brings to Australia a new generation of fresh produce packaging with the hi-impact premium Amcor Photo SureFresh™ pack. Featuring the latest enhancements to the SureFresh® material developments; this new packaging solution delivers unparalleled high performance for very moist conditions and extended distribution chains that are typical in exports to Asia. Amcor Photo SureFresh™ offers new possibilities for not only premium produce, but premium goods of any nature.

Amcor Photo SureFresh™ allows high quality photographic artwork to be applied to the film as reverse print which is sealed within the laminate structure creating a great consumer impact, high gloss and a powerful performance structure ideal for premium produce. The Amcor Photo SureFresh™ mango pack is a first for the Australian Produce Industry and will set the new benchmark for premium packaging.

This new generation fresh produce carton is an alternative to returnable plastic crates, expanded polystyrene (EPS) and some non-recyclable wax coated trays. Amcor Photo SureFresh™ combines superior strength with premium product appearance at point of sale.

Amcor Photo SureFresh™ comes in a variety of both modular 6 and 8 footprints to suit most domestic requirements and can be customised for any export specific applications. No return transportation ensures Amcor Photo SureFresh™ is a cost effective, sustainable packaging solution. This improved performance also enables substantial down gauging of up to 40% in material weight compared with traditional packaging solutions; a win for new product commercial viability and environmental sustainability.

This fresh produce carton eliminates the need for conventional printing on traditional corrugated paper surfaces. It has a one-touch distribution capability, which cuts down on energy use and extra packaging material. The laminated tray offers a high visual impact suitable for retail ready presentation and is recyclable through standard paper and cardboard recycling streams.

Amcor Photo SureFresh™ cartons utilise a thin, glossy, water proof, scuff and tear resistant film / paper laminate to deliver an attractive material option which also has low elasticity which assists in minimising base sag in tray solutions.
